This small and nice guesthouse is centrally located , in front of the Termini station, 5 minutes on foot. It is very near to the subway line and to the points of interest of Rome. The guesthouse comprises of a : 10 rooms in total, and any room has private bathrom, air conditioning, Tv, frigo bar. It is family-run, the rooms and the bathroooms are very clean and spacious. The BREAKFAST is including and is IN ROOM SERVICE ! The house is very quiet and peaceful (double-glazed windows), and is ideally located near Termini Station in a nice XIX century building with courtyard. Recently renovated, linen and towels are provided and there is hot water available 24 hours a day. Also included in the price is gas and electricity – there are no additional costs. Its ideal position makes it an ideal starting point to visit Rome and its marvellous monuments. We are within walking distance to all major attractions including Navona Square, the Pantheon, Campo de Fiori, the Roman Colosseum and , as well as Piazza di Spagna and San Giovanni in Laterano (line A). Piazza della Repubblica is at only 15 minutes on foot. There is an open-air market every day which continues until 2pm where you can find loads of bargains. Also in the area are inexpensive laundries, bars and authentic Italian restaurants. We will be delighted to make suggestions on how to spend an unforgettable holiday in the Eternal City. | Italian Hotel Description: | Il nostro Bed and Breakfast è situato nel centro della città, a pochi passi sia dalla trafficatissima Stazione Termini ( che è anche un luogo di shopping adesso perchè hanno messo tantissimi negozi alla galleria Termini e tutti i suoi negozi chiudono alle 22.00 ) che da molti altri monumenti che dipingono Roma la città Eterna come: il Colosseo, I Fori Imperiali e la Chiesa di S. Maria Maggiore che è proprio dietro all' edificio. Il nostro B&B ha un entrata che non è molto elegante ma dentro la nostra struttura è molto accogliente ma soprattutto molto pulita e allo stesso tempo è anche ristrutturato in stile molto moderno. Le nostre camere sono composte da Camere con bagno privato e Camere con Bagno in comune, e sono tutte con prezzi molto accessibili, e non solo La qualità è il nostro moto La colazione è inclusa nel prezzo e le nostre colazioni sono serviti in camera, come Room service ( senza nessun costo aggiuntivo). Inoltre per regalare un meraviglioso soggiorno ai nostri ospiti, diamo frutta fresca come WELCOME a tutti i nostri ospiti. La struttura è stata da poco rinnovata, Lenzuole e asciugamani sono inclusi e l' acqua calda è disponibile 24ore tutti i giorni, nel prezzo è incluso anche l' eleticita e gas e non ci sono ALCUN COSTO AGGIUNTIVO. La nostra struttura è inoltre in una posizione ideale per andare in qualsiasi posto di attrazione turistica di Roma e di tutti i suoi meravigliosi monumenti con la metropolitana femata (Termini) line A e B a due passi e inoltre molti posti come Colosseo e P.zza della Repubblica sono ragiungibili a piedi. |
