The medium-size hotel has 49 guestrooms (all with bathroom), a large apartment on the top floor, a living room, a breakfast room and a small garden. The hotel was built in the 1930s with the collaboration of a not-yet-famous Pier Luigi Nervi as a residential building easily convertible into a hotel. The conversion occurred in 1950. The last full renovation was done in the mid 1980s.
