The Alimandi family runs the hotel business for two generations. Start as a pension during the 60s, now is a very well comfortable 3 star hotel. The most important attraction is its location, in fact is just in front of the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel entrance. The family atmosphere can still feel as the new generations of the Alimandi are continuing for a prosperous future. After the Jubilee it as been a great trasformation starting with the roof top terrace. Now you can enjoy a great buffet breakfst all year round with a beatiful view of the Vatican. Rooms are nice and modern finished and have all the facilities. A charming bar and lounge with piano is located on the ground floor with a billiard at disposition of the clients. Another new service available for the guest is the Internet point and a small fitness room located on the basement. The hotel has 35 rooms all with private facilites and air conditioning and TV with satellite channels. The single rooms are small and cosy, while the double and twins rooms are regular size, around 15 squared metres, with normal size bed (regular). Some rooms can accomodate 3 and 4 persons. The bathrooms are fully furnished with all the necessary amenities. The furnitures are simple but efficent. All the wall are painted (no carpet) in pastel colours. A safe box is also available. Rooms are very bright and equipped with all the comforts of the modern life such as direct dialling telephone and air conditioning.

La sua caratteristica più importante è la posizione, infatti si trova di fronte ai Musei Vaticani e alla Cappella Sistina. Mantiene comunque un clima familiare anche se le nuove generazioni di Alimandi stanno lavorando per un futuro prospero. Dopo il Giubileo (2000) sono state fatte delle grandi modifiche a cominciare dalla terrazza sul tetto. Ora potrete gustarvi, durante tutto l'anno, un'abbondante colazione a buffet con una meravigliosa vista sul Vaticano. Le stanze sono rifinite in maniera sobria e moderna ed hanno tutte le comodità. Un elegante bar e una sala con pianoforte si trovano a pianterreno c'è anche un biliardo a disposizione dei clienti. Altri nuovi servizi sono il punto Internet e una piccola stanza fitness nel seminterrato. L'hotel ha 35 stanze tutte con servizi privati, aria condizionata e TV satellitare. Le stanze singole sono piccole e accoglienti, mentre le doppie e le stanze con letti gemelli (twin) hanno dimensioni normali (circa 15 metri quadrati) con letto di dimensioni standard. Alcune stanze possono ospidare 3 o 4 persone. Le stanze da bagno sono completamente arredate con tutto il necessario. L'arredamento è semplice ma pratico. Tutte le pareti sono imbiancate con colori pastello. C'è anche una cassaforte. Le stanze sono molto luminose e dotate di tutte le comodità della vita moderna come il telefono e l'aria condizionata. |

Tras los festejos por el Jubileo, el hotel ha sido refaccionado y hoy cuenta con una terraza en el piso superior, que brinda la posibilidad de disfrutar el desayuno con vista al Vaticano durante todo el año. Las habitaciones son agradables y modernas y tienen todas las comodidades. Un bar encantador y una sala de estar con piano y mesa de billar están a su disposición en la planta baja del hotel.
